After spending many years teaching mainstream fitness and personal training, iCareiMove focused their work around ageing and older adults, and those who may be vulnerable.

With the “everyone can move methodology”, iCareiMove have gone on to deliver their training and physical activity into many sectors, including hospitality, defence, health and care.
