We work through standing and seated strength, endurance and balance, using a variety of methods to adapt to your individual capabilities within the group setting.
Move More Cornwall
The Falls Prevention project is aimed at increasing physical activity amongst the most inactive people aged 60+ years in Cornwall. This project enables access to falls prevention, strength and balance classes for those who have previously fallen, or who are at risk of falling.
iCareiMove are collaborating with Public Health, Cornwall Council, Cornwall Foundation Trust, and Age UK Cornwall & The Isles of Scilly on a programme of Falls Management courses, delivered as a secondary falls prevention intervention.
