Menopause used to be a taboo subject but now iCareiMove write policy and support businesses around this topic. Talking about menopausal symptoms and designing supports systems assist in the work environment but also home life. This topic is for the boys too. The more we talk about it the more we can the best out of the best years. The 3 courses: Menopause 101, MANopause for men and managers and bringing it all together with Menopause First Aid.
